We didn't want that for Trame. One number, everything included.

Questions worth asking

What happens after the founding period?

Nothing changes. The price stays at £29/month for as long as you're a subscriber. If we ever raise prices for new customers, you keep the founding rate.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, cancel any time from your account settings. No notice period, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Do you charge per user?

No. £29/month covers your whole business, no matter how many people you add.

Do you take a percentage of my invoices?

Never. When customers pay online via Stripe, the money lands in your account, not ours. Trame doesn't take a cut of your job value, invoice total, or anything else. You pay £29/month, full stop.

Is VAT charged on top of £29?

No. £29 is the total you pay. We don't add VAT on top.

What if I have a question or need help?

Email us at hello@trame.co.uk. There's no support ticket queue. You'll hear back from us, not a bot.

Can my customers pay invoices online?

Yes, optionally. Connect a Stripe account from settings (around 10 minutes), and your invoices show card and Pay by Bank options alongside your bank transfer details. Funds go directly to your bank. Trame never holds your money. Bank transfer always stays as the default option, so older customers aren't forced online.

When do I get my first payout from Stripe?

Your first payout arrives 7 days after your first paid invoice. After that, payouts arrive the next business day. Stripe sets this delay for new accounts as a fraud-prevention measure.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored on UK servers in London, and only you can see it. Card details never touch our systems. Both your subscription and your customers' payments to you are handled by Stripe.
