Quote Tom Hughes for a boiler service and a new thermostat, from my saved prices
Trame finds Tom and your saved prices, and asks for any price it doesn’t have.
Write your quotes in Claude, the way you already do. Add the Trame connector and each one becomes a real quote: numbered, emailed to your customer, signed online, then invoiced and paid online.
30 days free. No card, no commitment.
Rachel can accept and sign it online. When she does, Trame sends her the deposit invoice.
Claude is good at writing a quote. Without a connection, the result is text: you still have to turn it into a document, send it and keep track of it. With Trame connected, the quote is saved in your business and goes out like any other.
| Step | Claude on its own | Claude with Trame |
|---|---|---|
| Your prices | On its own: Pasted in, or remembered, each time | With Trame: Read from your Trame price book |
| The sums | On its own: Worked out in the conversation, so you check them | With Trame: VAT, deposits and CIS calculated by Trame, to the penny |
| The quote | On its own: Text you copy into a document | With Trame: A numbered quote with your logo, details and payment terms |
| Sending | On its own: Saved as a PDF and attached by hand | With Trame: Emailed from Trame with a link to view it online |
| Acceptance | On its own: A reply saying yes, if it comes | With Trame: Signed online, with the deposit invoice issued and emailed |
| Payment | On its own: Bank details and a reminder in your head | With Trame: Card or Pay by Bank from the invoice, into your own Stripe account |
| Chasing | On its own: Down to you | With Trame: Up to three reminders on an overdue invoice, sent for you |
| Records | On its own: Spread across old conversations | With Trame: One list of quotes and invoices, each against its job |
Short or long, Claude works out what you mean and asks about anything Trame needs, such as which customer or which job.

The customer, each line, the VAT, the deposit and the total, from your own price book. Change a line by saying so. When it is right, Claude saves it as a draft, and it goes to your customer only when you ask.
Here’s the quote from your saved prices. Nothing is saved yet.
Shall I save it as a draft? It won’t go to Rachel until you ask me to send it.
A quote sent from Claude goes out exactly like one sent from the app, and Trame keeps track of it from there.

Your customer types their name and signs on their phone. The quote moves to Accepted and the deposit invoice is sent.
A Pay button for card or Pay by Bank on every invoice. Money goes to your own Stripe account, with no cut to Trame.

Trame does. Line totals, VAT, deposits and CIS use the same calculation as the quote builder in the app, and Claude reports Trame’s figures back to you.
Not yet. Recording payments and deleting saved quotes or invoices are done in Trame. Card and Pay by Bank payments made from the invoice are recorded automatically.
