The service

Trame Software Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17181192, registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA) provides job management software for UK tradespeople, including intake forms, quote building, digital sign-off, and invoicing. The service is currently in early access and is provided free of charge. Pricing may be introduced in future; registered users will be given at least 30 days notice before any paid tier takes effect.

Who can use Trame

Trame is intended for use by tradespeople and contractors operating in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are using the service for business purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@trame.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

You own the data you input into Trame: job details, quotes, invoices, and client information. We do not claim any rights over it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Trame to send unsolicited communications, process data you are not authorised to hold, or do anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Quotes and sign-offs

Trame provides tools to create and send quotes and collect digital acceptance from clients. A quote accepted through Trame constitutes a record of agreement between you and your client. Trame is not a party to any contract between you and your clients and accepts no liability for the outcome of any job, dispute, or payment.

The digital sign-off feature (typed name and timestamp) is intended to provide a record of acceptance. You are responsible for determining whether this meets the evidentiary requirements for your particular contracts.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Trame available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. During early access, features may change, be added, or be removed. We will communicate material changes to registered users by email.

Limitation of liability

Trame is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim (which during free early access is £0). We are not liable for indirect losses including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
